For the past 20 years, Len Sandler has successfully developed & delivered more than 2,500 seminars for such clients as NASA, IBM, EMC, General Motors, Disney, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, General Electric, Hertz, the U.S. Navy, Sun Microsystems, Staples, Liberty Mutual, GEICO, the IRS, Honeywell, Citigroup, Genzyme, Lucent Techologies, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the U.S. Navy, Siemens, Hanover Insurance, ICON, etc.
Previously, he spent 16 years in human resources, most recently as Corp. H.R. Dir. for Computervision when the company had 6,000 employees. Formerly an Adjunct Professor at Boston University's School of Management, he holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. He is the author of numerous magazine articles, including the award-winning "Successful and Supportive Subordinate," and Becoming an Extraordinary Manager: The 5 Essentials for Success which was named one of the "Best Books of 2008".
