Those downloading this webinar will learn how to help create an environment that is respectful of all employees. It will help create awareness regarding ways that people discriminate against and isolate others. Participants will find out what the EEOC and the courts identify as the different forms of harassment, particularly sexual harassment. The difference between Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Environment sexual harassment will be identified. Participants will learn what a person who feels he/she has been harassed should do and how to prevent harassment in the workplace. Examples will be given of the specific behaviors which might constitute forms of harassment other than sexual.
